Complaints/grievances or problems that may arise should first be brought to the attention of the primary nurse or Nurse Manager on the unit. The unit secretary, nurse aid, staff nurse, or Nurse Manager will begin the process of addressing the issue.
If the concern/issue is not resolved by the unit staff, the issue may be brought to the Vice President of Nursing. We will continue to work to reach an amicable resolution.
Patients may file a complaint with the state survey and certification agency concerning abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property in the facility, and non-compliance with the advance directives requirements by contacting:
