Dr. Pannullo is board-certified in Geriatric and Internal Medicine. Dr. Pannullo is a member of the American Geriatric Society, American College of Physicians and American Medical Directors’ Association. Dr. Pannullo’s areas of interest include health and aging; including topics of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Dr. Pannullo is the Director of the Outpatient Services for Connecticut Geriatric Specialty Group; Hebrew Senior Care’s physician practice dedicated to the care of seniors. Dr. Pannullo has practiced at Hebrew Senior Care since 1993. Dr. Pannullo speaks English, German, and Italian.

Martin Cooper, MD, The Hospital at Hebrew Senior Care’s Behavioral Health Unit
Dr. Martin Cooper is the Medical Director of Behavioral Health Unit. In 2003, Dr. Cooper was honored for career achievement by being named a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. In 2009, he was named Clinician of the Year by the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Cooper is the Medical Director of Connecticut Mental Health Specialists.

Harold Sandals, MD, Attending Physician
Dr. Harold Sandals is an attending physician on The Hospital at Hebrew Senior Care. Dr Sandals was part of Tolland Family Medicine for 25 years. Dr. Sandals was the Medical Director at the nursing facility Woodlake at Tolland for 20 years. He has also served as the medical director of North Central Hospice in Vernon for 30 years. Dr. Sandals was a founding member of the Academy of Hospice Physicians. Dr. Sandal’s interests are in hospice, palliative medicine, and medical ethics.

Heidi Haller, APRN
Heidi Haller is the APRN for Connecticut Geriatric Specialty Group and is a key member of the care team. Ms. Haller is passionate about nursing believing each patient has a different story and it is that uniqueness that needs to be taking into account when planning appropriate care plans; especially for seniors. Ms. Haller started her career as a staff nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital prior to deciding to focus on geriatrics. Ms. Haller joined Hebrew Senior Care in 2006 and worked as a staff nurse on The Hospital at Hebrew Senior Care before joining CGSG.

Doreen W. Beattie, Vice President, Nursing Services, The Hospital at Hebrew Senior Care
Doreen W. Beattie is the Vice President of Nursing Services for The Hospital at Hebrew Senior Care. She oversees the quality and performance of both the medical and behavioral health units. Ms. Beattie has 36 years of clinical and administrative experience in both acute care and long-term care settings in the Greater Hartford/New Haven areas. Prior to her current position, Ms. Beattie was the Program Manager for the sub-acute rehabilitation unit at Hebrew Senior Care. During that time, she also served as the Infection Control Practitioner. Ms. Beattie is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Ms. Beattie has previously published in the Dimensions of Critical Care Nursing.

Brian P. Pelletier, PharmD, BCGP, FASCP, Director of Pharmacy Services
Dr. Pelletier has been practicing pharmacy since 2004 and has been a pharmacist at Hebrew Senior Care since 2005. In 2008, he was appointed the Director of Pharmacy. In 2017, Dr. Pelletier assumed the duties of the Corporate Compliance Officer.
