Hebrew Health Care Volunteers Needed
January 22, 2016, West Hartford, CT- Hebrew HealthCare is looking for individuals who are interested in joining our volunteer team. Individuals in volunteer roles get the chance to interact with residents and staff in a variety of capacities.
Volunteers can simply help a resident by socializing with them and listening to their stories and memories or by playing cards and games with them. Many of our current volunteers have a specialized skill which enhances the life of our residents such as Reiki or pet therapy. We also have open opportunities in our gift shop, the café, religious services, recreational therapy and life enhancement, adult day center and administrative offices.
Our volunteers are an integral part of the Hebrew HealthCare system, assisting us in providing the best care possible for our residents.
For more information or to sign up, please contact Lori Blackburn,Volunteer Coordinator, at (860) 523-3181 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
