* National Memory Screening Day is an annual community initiative spearheaded by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. Screenings do not diagnose, but can be helpful in determining whether a medical evaluation would benefit an individual with some memory deficits. Extensive studies have shown that these screenings are of value to those who participate in them.
