Early Stage Memory Loss Support Group Offered

January 14, 2015, West Hartford, CT-Do you or someone you know suffer from early stage memory loss?  Not sure where to find support?  Hebrew HealthCare and Jewish Family Services invite you to join their Early Stage Memory Loss Support Group.  The goal of the group is to provide educational, emotional and social support for those recently diagnosed with memory loss.  This is a safe environment for you to share your perspective on living with memory loss; your joys, frustrations, fears, and inspirations.  Upcoming topics that will be explored include physical fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and cognitive fitness.  The group meets twice monthly in West Hartford.  For more information please contact Penny Yellen at 860.236.1927 or Pamela Atwood at 860.920.1810.
