GENE & ANJA ROSENBERG HEBREW HOME AND REHABILITATION CENTER
Founded more than 100 years ago, the Gene and Anja Rosenberg Hebrew Home and Rehabilitation Center is recognized as a leader in health care for older adults. Our 287-bed facility on the main Hebrew Health Care campus in West Hartford, Connecticut provides geriatric skilled nursing services and rehabilitation services to adults of all ages.
We emphasize health care that is tailored to meet individual needs, provide all but the most acute services on-site, without having to transport our residents and patients to other locations, and offer a daily presence of salaried, full-time staff physicians. All medical and nursing services are provided by Hebrew Health Care employees.
Assuring quality, dignity and choice in all of our services and programs lies at the heart of our mission.
