National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners offers a course where you can demonstrate your commitment to the care of persons with Dementia.  

Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar is the first step on the path to becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

This is a one-day foundations course for any staff level. The course is required for people who wish to become Certified Dementia Practitioners through the National Council of Certified Dementia

Even skilled practitioners come away with new learning. Attendees who pursue the credentialing process also have added merit in their practice.

This seminar is approved for 7 CEs for nurses and social workers.

Individuals who attend the seminar will receive a binder full of all relevant course work and material, a light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.
