How To Join
Five simple steps is all it takes to join SummerWood:
- Take a tour
- Fill out an application.
- Fill out a deposit agreement (a $1,000 deposit is requested).
- Fill out a financial assessment.
- Participate in a health assessment.
To get started, simply call Valerie Bartos, Director of Community Relations at 860-920-1866, or email her at vbartos@SummerWoodct.org. She will arrange an on-site tour at your convenience. Once you’ve visited SummerWood, Christine will provide you with our packet of application information. Christine is available to assist you in completing this information either at SummerWood or in the comfort of your home, anywhere in New England.
