Hebrew Rehabilitation Group serves adults of any age who have had an illness, accident, or surgery that requires continuing rehabilitation or pain management. We deliver services on an outpatient basis in the community and at assisted and independent living communities. We also provide outpatient rehabilitation care at the main Hebrew Health Care campus in West Hartford.
Hebrew Rehabilitation Group is one of the only outpatient rehabilitation groups in Connecticut that offers all three rehabilitation services: physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In addition, we offer anodyne therapy to reduce pain and numbness associated with aging.
